The national judo team has finished its preparation for the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam. Teams from various regions have united in Abu Dhabi to compete in the tournament, held under the patronage of high-ranking officials.

The national judo team concluded its physical and technical training at its hall on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi under the supervision of head coach Viktor Skvortsov and his assistant staff. Meanwhile, the second group from the Eastern Region trained at the Fujairah Martial Arts Club hall, under the guidance of coach Muhad Saleh Muhad. This marks their joining the Abu Dhabi group on Wednesday and moving to the residence of the participating teams for the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam judo tournament. The tournament is organized by the Judo Federation under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler's Representative in the Al Ain region. The competitions are set to kick off next Friday morning. The tournament, held at the Mubadala Arena in Abu Dhabi, will see the participation of 635 individuals.
